Ryan Matterson, NRL star and ambassador for Heroes With Ability, has announced the launch of ASICS’s new program designed to help everyone at this time. ASICS are a high-performance footwear and sports equipment manufacturer preferred by athletes around the world.
In regards to this innovative program (available to everyone and not just ASICS customers) Ryan said:
“ASICS Australia has come up with an initiative #SoundMindSoundBody, to create awareness through this tough time a healthy mind is just as important as a healthy body.
ASICS has also created an app to help with this, from training to mindfulness, including yoga and stretching. The app is available to everyone and free of charge.
